A Next.js support chat and connected sources feed support.ts. The source node cycles through Google Drive help documents, Shopify orders and products, PostgreSQL account records, and Gmail history. The agent uses the retrieved context to answer questions and troubleshoot. triage.ts routes the result back to the customer or escalates an unresolved issue to a specialist with the conversation attached. AWS monitoring alerts reach ops.ts, which creates or updates a GitHub issue and asks the agent to diagnose the incident.
